Server blocks external queries
The player list is not coming through. Usually it is blocked by a protection module: AntiDDoS, DProto, ReHLDS query settings, ReAPI filters, whblocker, Query Limiter, or a firewall on the server.

To let monitoring see players, allow external A2S_PLAYER queries in those modules.

The server sends the player list to the site itself, so query blocking does not matter. The plugin changes nothing in the game and has no access to the site database: it only sends your own list using a personal token. If you are the verified owner of this server, you get a ready-to-use compiled plugin (.amxx) with your token already inside — nothing to fill in by hand.
